You are also near the resort style pool (heated during winter), spa/hot tub and night-lit tennis courts.
This spacious 1,740+ sqft Tuscan style Villa patio home was completely remodeled with new furniture and paint. The Villa has 3 bedrooms (2 Kings and 1 Queen) and 3 bathrooms (sleeps 6 comfortably). Designed by a former Fairmont Hotels director, the bedrooms have the finest luxury, hotel quality linens and ultra-plush mattresses.You will find a fully equipped kitchen, separate large dining room, large master suite and family room with a bee hive fireplace all on the main floor.

The villa also boasts a large private patio, 2 car garage and a washer/dryer in the unit. For those who need to work from home, there are desks in both the master bedroom and kitchen. The Villa also has Wi-Fi high speed cable internet throughout (you can access the wireless on our patio and even the pool!). You will also find the latest HD LCD TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and palm bedroom.
For those with an active lifestyle, you will find 5 bicycles (1 adult mountain bike, 2 adult/teen "vintage" cruisers, and 2 girls bikes). On one side of the community, you will find the Indian Bend Greenbelt with 15 miles of paved bike paths through golf courses, multi-million dollar homes and numerous parks. The other side has the Arizona Canal, with over 40 miles of compacted gravel paths that will take you through Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria. We also have 2 tennis rackets and tennis balls if you want to play the nearby tennis court.

chair and a leather ottoman filled with games.
You will also find a new large LCD HDTV, DVD/CD player (with movie/music library) and an XBox.
The Villa's open layout has a very large main floor master bedroom with a new ultra-plush King bed, spa-like ensuite, large walk-in closet, and access to a large, private patio. It also has a new 26" LCD HDTV, and a desk with internet access.

You will find two bedrooms upstairs, the Palm Room has a new ultra-plush King bed, new LCD HDTV, and views of our palms on our patio. The third bedroom has a new ultra-plush Queen bed, with access to the roof top patio that has mountain views.
